Lunch with Good Sam Event Raises Funds for Memory Care Services

Friday, June 12 2015 1:53 AM

Lunch with Good Sam brought people together at the Ball Conference Center to raise funds for memory care on the Good Samaritan Society – Communities of Olathe campus.  Our speakers, Pat Dinville and April Smith, brought understanding, laughter and some tears to our guests as they shared their story about being a family member and a caregiver for a person experiencing the loss of memory.

Farmers Bank of Kansas City is a valued community partner and was our 2015 Benefactor, helping us raise more than $80,000 for our Memory Care Assisted Living unit, which is currently under construction at Cedar Lake Village, and for memory care programs and services at Good Samaritan Society-Olathe.  We are very grateful to W. R. Robbins, CEO and the Bank for their support.
