CLV Apartment SPECIAL May 12 through June 12!
We recently offered a reservation extension to new residents and had such an overwhelming response that we decided to bring the special back for a limited time. Beginning May 12 through June 12 when reserving an apartment, you will have the extended 60 days before move-in or before rent starts instead of the normal 30 days.
For example, if you were to reserve an apartment May 15th, you would have until July 14th before you would need to move in or begin paying rent instead of June 14th.

Cedar Lake Village Open House
Cedar Lake Village will host an open house for our community. Come take a look at our current specials and learn about the new entrance fee option for Senior Living Apartments. Refreshments and snacks will be provided. The open house will run from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Thursday, July 19th.
